I had a wisdom tooth pulled several years ago. The dentist said, "I'm just going to push on it a little and see how hard it is to get out." I heard a little crack, felt a twinge of pressure and then he showed me the tooth he had pulled. I didn't even know he was gtrying to get it out yet.

I think your idea for decorating is great. At my daughters reception we had colored tablecloths with a 12 inch square mirror in the center of the table with flowers on the mirror. Other than that we just had pictures of her and her husband in their childhood years around the room. It was very simple but elegant. Many people commented on how beautiful it was.

My dad made sure that I knew how to drive a stick shift. I learned on an old Rambler. I have made sure that each one of our kids learned to drive stick. They had to because we have an 1987 toyota corolla 5 speed that was the kids car. If they couldn't drive it they didn't have a car to drive. Needless to say each child learned to drive it so they could have transportation.

With 5 grown children I whole heartedly agreee with your post. It is nice to have your grown children say I love you and acknowlege the fact that as a parent you do know something.

I think there is so much hatred in the world because so many people are self centered and only think about themselves and how they can get ahead and they never think about helping anyone else.

I love a cheesy potato casserole that my children lovingly call funeral potatos because they have been served at the meal after almost every relatives funeral that my children have been to.
