I have thought about starting a small niche site and adding ads.  The main problem is generating enough quality content.  I won't commit to anything until I've assembled enough that I know I can go forward.

I've used eBay for around ten years.  The only problems I ever had were getting scammed with dead electronics, and pirated CDs/DVDs.  Everything else has been fine.

None.  So far, none have interested me, and I'm very careful with my CC info, especially after it was stolen from a hacked site last year.
