Yes I forgot to mention gas prices. It's bad for people who make their money doing Uber and doordash and things like that because it cuts into their earnings.
Yes it seems that everything is going up except for salaries.  Also the price of gas is going out of this world and you have to have these things to live.

Off-Topic / My cabbage soup diet recipe
« on: October 26, 2021, 02:13:12 pm »Message ID: 1363909
So I don't know if your read my latest post but I started a cabbage soup diet.I meant to give you guys the recipe.
Cabbage soup
1 cabbage chopped
2 containers of chicken broth
Carrots (2 cups) chopped
 Half a Onion
Fresh garlic I usually use about a tablespoon/chopped
Mushroom 8ozs diced (if whole)
Celery 1 single piece chopped
Mild pepper (optional)
I found that using chicken broth gave it so much flavor I ended up not adding salt.
I start by pouring in only one box of chicken broth first. If you use half a cabbage or a small cabbage you may need less broth which is why I add 1 first. While the broth is warming up. I soak my mushrooms. I chop and wash my cabbage and add it to the broth. You want to have enough broth so that the cabbage cooks evenly.
Then I wash and chop and add my carrots, onions, garlic, celery, and mushrooms. Cooking time does vary depending on the method used. I find when I cook it in my crockpot it tends to take about 4-5 hours to cook but on the stove it takes half the time.
Hope you guys enjoy it. Feel free to modify it  but please try it with chicken broth it's delicious

Have you noticed that the price of certain food seems to be increasing more and more. There is still rumors about food shortages in the future. If I have to grow and survive off fruits & vegetables I will be fine.

Off-Topic / Let me tell you about my new diet ☺️

So I started a new diet you may have heard of called the cabbage soup diet. It's new for me because I have never tried it. I have been eating it for 5 days along with other vegetables like greens, squash, zucchini, asparagus and alot of other vegetables. So far I have lost 7 lbs and I have more energy than I normally do. So far I am loving this diet. I don't think I could eat just the cabbage all day and nothing else like I saw one YouTuber do. I don't mind vegetables to jumpstart weight loss but I like a variety.
I am comitted to eating healthy and doing light workouts as I may need back surgery.I also drink green tea everyday.

Mine is pizza. I tried to make some from scratch but the dough didn't come out right. 🤔 I end up just buying home run inn frozen pizza since it's my favorite store bought pizza.

Someone just gave you a $5000 shopping voucher to your store of choice. Where are you shopping at? I know I would be going straight to Walmart

Have you ever had someone be rude or treat you unfairly with no explanation of why? I got a friend request on FB the other day that took me back. It was a girl in high school that use to always be mean to me. She would do things like hit me and run. She would call me names in the hallway in passing. When I tried to retaliate she would go and get her little groupies to walk with her making it almost impossible to catch her alone. I couldn't wait to be done with her. Fast forward she had the audacity to send me a friend request. I almost accepted it just to ask why were you such a witch to me in high school but instead I ignored and deleted her request.

What was your favorite cartoon growing up? I was crazy about teenage mutant ninja turtles. I had clothing apparel and a few action figures, which really surprised my boy cousins.
