I am having the same problem!

I am using a laptop, IE browser, instale & uninstalled & reinstalled toolbar as well. It shows up in installs, shows as enabled too.  I have no clue what the problem is either and woud like to use the toolbar as well. I had the old toolbar & uninstalle it before installing the new one.  HELP!
