My husband and I both went on diets,so much easier when both is on one together.We swapped out fast food for fresh or frozen veggies.It has made a big difference.

We know fast food tastes better,not good for you though.Since starting my diet I have come off fast food and majority of canned foods.Try to stay with the fresh or frozen veggies.

Mine have been mostly met.I did go off of my and of course gain all back,except 10 lbs.Got back on my diet in late jJune and have since lost weight gained plus some.Lost a total of 70 so far,still want to lose another 65.That's next years plan.

Does anyone have plans for New Years?Staying home,a party,etc.Me,I will probably spend time at my daughters and watch the fireworks with the grandkids and have supper.Then I am headed home to watch *bleep* Clark bring in the new year.I have watched him bring it in for as long as I can remember.Definitely the last 34 years of my marriage anyway.Hope everyone has a good time and stay safe.

I like the colored lights.I think they are so pretty.My youngest daughter likes the clear lights.She says colored lights are too noisy.Whatever that means.To me the colored ones are a sign of christmas.

No snow here,yet.I'm from Anderson,SC. and they say we are going to get some snow between tonight and tomorrow.We'll see.If anything we usually just get the meesy stuff.Granddaughters are hoping we do.Not sure.I'm cold enough as it is.
