Offers / Special offers completed-no credit, not in "Offer Clicks" list either-HELP!

I have more than a couple special offers that I completed-have gotten no credit, and they also aren't showing up in my "Offer Clicks" list either.    Can anyone help???  There is only one Fusion Cash account in this house, so it's not due to logged in under different account, as I saw support suggested to someone else with this issue.  Cleared cookies and history before doing.  I understand they don't credit sometimes-(Don't LIKE IT that they don't, but realize it is so) but how can they not be in my clicked on list???

I just finally hit my first cash-out, which took me (almost embarrassed to say  ) just under 5 months. I did pick up some great tips here on the forums  on how to make stubborn offers credit when I was bound and determined I was going to get those last $2!  So thanks to all who post that info for us uninformed peeps!
