Off-Topic / Re: whats your best advice on weightloss?
« on: May 22, 2014, 09:14:48 pm »Message ID: 882601
balance i am 22, 4'11 and was about 140 pounds i know weight 120 !!! And i did this with balance and walking never even went to the gym. I followed balance and eating every 4 hours!!! I gave myself 5 oz of grains, 5 oz of meat, 3 cups dairy, 2 cups veggie, 1 and half cups of fruit and 150 spare calories a day i believe thats it and eating every 4 hours to keep metabolism going. Honestly I never believed i would have lost weight so easily no diets no crazy hours at the gym ( I am not saying exercise is unimportant or not necessary for weight loss i just did not do) I lost 20 pounds in about 2 months and was not hard at all just took a bit of time to make sure i ate every 4 hours had to work it into my schedule plain meals and grocery shopping to have everything etc small steps that paid off for sure!! I would say the key word is BALANCE and moderation and timing and of course eating!!! Diets do not work eating often and balanced is the true key to being healthy and physical activity ( physical activity not exerise and healthy eating are two most important for weight loss the biggest is your diet. Exercise is helpful and important for your health but not as much of a factor in weight loss as your nutrition and physical activity

I did !!!! I love and miss 24!! I watched it an brought back do many memories!! I love the show so much!!! It was also something my family and I would sit down and watch Monday nights and i would talk to others about!! I do not remember how the last season ended I need to go back and watch it may help me to understand as I am a little confused at some points!! So nice to see Jack, Chloe, Audrey, Heller and interesting to see new people and story lines I just love the show. And hope that it will come back future years i hope this is not the last season. Maybe there will be another live another days like the bring it on movies where they keep having more bring it one again and again...So people watch it so that it gets so popular that they need to make more seasons because ratings are so good they cannot not make more!!

Off-Topic / Re: Washing dishes
« on: May 22, 2014, 08:52:55 pm »Message ID: 882586
I like to wash my own dishes rather than dishwasher i personally just believe it is faster. For example i never just put them in the dishwasher i usually rinse them off so they wash quickly then you put them in and if you do not have many it can take awhile to fill up and wash so then you later need something like spatcula you already used so then i take out to wash it by hand to use. For me its just easier to wash by hand i feel they are cleaner im not sure hwy maybe because i am washing myself and then i can use right away and not sure if cheaper but i just like by hand!!

I really liked it i did not watch the book but i mean everyone knows a movie is never as good as the book because some things always change and of course you have images reading the book that do not always match the movie. But I really enjoyed this movie i believe it was interesting had some humor, romances and action just a good movie to me!! And of course four was sooo cute !!!
