Guys who think they can hit their wives or girlfriends are wimps.  I was in a bad relationship for years and would get beaten by my husband for every mistake I made.  Not just that I would get beaten if the kids would get hurt because it was my fault that I wasnt watching them.  And then a miracle happened.  He fell in love with another woman and left the house.  I took advantage of the situation and changed locks and never let him back in again. I didnt have the courage to walk out on him but now I would never let anyone like him come near me.  I help other women who are in the same situation.

I lost 20 pounds in 3 months. All I did was put myself on 900 calories a day. It was hard in the beginning but once I looked up the food calories online it became easy.  I would pick the foods with least amount of calories that would fill me up and eat a lot of that food.  Just make sure to have protein in each meal of the day. and drink plenty of water.  I hate drinking water so I added some lemon juice or fresh lemon each time.  Just counting calories my weight started to come off.  I still have a long way to go yet because I need to lose another 40 pounds.  anyone wants to join me?  this will motivate me to keep doing what I am doing to lose weight.  Now I am consuming 1100 calories a day.  Lets help each other and be fit and healthy.

The way unemployment rate has gone up in new york is ridiculous. I hope and pray to God that the situation turns around for the best.  We need more jobs.
