We moved in a great hurry, before we changed our minds. Our daughter and son-in-law invited us to come and live with them and here we are.  Our belongings went mostly to a thrift shop and a lot of people at a yard sale.  Wow! did we have the stuff after living in our house for only 26 years.

I try not to eat too many sweets, but when I make Danish pastry, I can't stop eating it, so I don't make it too often.

I do my cooking from scratch, so they say.  We didn't have all the box foods that are so readily available, and I really don't like the taste of them anyway.  I was raised on a farm and my mom always made bread,(yum). I like to make dessert breads, but my meals are usually boiled or baked potatoes, meat, and vegetables with a small dessert.

I am older too so when I go to a hotel,(which is not often), I wear a one piece and hurry to get in the hot tub.

I cook most of the time.  I don't like it very much when I try something new and my husband will say it's okay, but you don't have to make it again. We go out to eat on Sunday after church and then for a ride.

I like to walk outside weather permitting.  Otherwise I put my exercise DVD and get my mile in that way.  My cardiologist said to walk at least a mile a day.

Is anyone else having a hard time to get credit for radio loyalty?  I listened to the radio for about 2 hours and I see no credits were given. I went to paid to click and it said I didn't have my $.05 so I couldn't do it. That is not right.

Does anyone remember the vogue picture records.  My dad gave me a couple, one with a beautiful girl on it with the lilac bushes.  The name of the song is "Jeannine I Dream of Lilac Time".  Our daughter's name is Jeannine.
