2.9% in Colorado, but the cities and counties tack on thier own taxes, so it varies.  Where I live its 7.4 total between the state, county, and city .

Do you mean Social Security or the United States Government? The government has been there for many years.

Its part of the reason, but you gotta spend sometime out of bed.  If you cant get along and dont have things in common outside the bedroom, it doesnt really matter how good the sex is.

Really depends on where you live.  In my area, the tap water is just as good as the bottled stuff, but Ive lived in a few places where bottled water was a must for safety.

Could be a couple of things.  When was the last time you did a disk-clean up or a defrag?  Not doing that regularly on a PC will definately cause it to run slow.  If you have the current version of Windows, go to control panel, run find and fix problems under Systems and Security.
