Make sure your room is cool. Block out all light so that your room is completely dark. Make some habits that do every night that help you go to sleep. For example read before you go to sleep or listen to soft music before you go to sleep.

The reason this double standard exists, in my opinion, is because men do the picking but women do the choosing in a relationship. Women have most of the power when it comes to who decides when and where to have sex. Why? Men are turned on visually and therefore want it a good portion of the time but women are turned on emotionally and it takes longer. Women are ready when they feel ready and men cannot always make them feel ready. Therefore, the more men the women sleeps around with, the more choices she has made to not restrain herself and say no. She made the final decision to do it: not him.

I would start my own business, invest in the stock market and give money to charities. I would probably bet on teams I think would win in professional sports
