Ok all I am in Texas I am from Maine but since coming to texas ten years ago off and on lately I have really noticed that I am a minority I cant get a job, cant get help, and am more or less told I have to learn spanish the apartment i live in is like 95 percent hispanic and the majority cant speak english. Why doesnt the government do something. I worked in a store where I seen first hand hispanic people getting Food Stamps and most of them were getting like 800 to 1000 a month now they come in and buy junk food and a few non food stamp item when you tell them the balance is 5-20 dollars they whip out a hundred dollar bill how can someone get foodstamps and have like 5-6 100 dollar bills in their wallet I just dont get it what has the good ole USA come to???
How do you know how much they get a month?
i dont think its right for us to (MUST HAVE) insurence with your job or you cant work. thats bull crap because that is basically telling me i have to have insurence or i cant work. well all these people that dont have insurence will lose their jobs that means... more people on EBT, more people on unemployment. so the government is going to have to kick out more.
Humerous...some of the replies especially this one "He has gotten us into such a mess it will take years and years to undo the bad things he's done". I hope that ktheodus was referencing George W. Bush when she let fly with that gibberish. I wasn't for the Obamacare, nor was I in favor of Bush's Bankruptcy reform, but believe that he has taken steps in the right direction with regard to cleaning up his predecessor's mess. "They shoved this down our throats just like any other thing. When will the fat cats in DC get the picture to listen to people who voted them in"...seriously? We knew that this was in his agenda when he was voted in so I believe that he was listening to his voters. I don't believe that any politician can be trusted but the line of thinking in the quoted statements are contrary to the level of truthfulness exhibited by the president. I am placing bets that Obama wins the next election by a large margin and will continue on a path to cleaning up the mess left to him.
