Have you ever had anyone approach you in a store and try to discourage you from buying a product you had just put in your shopping cart?
The other day I picked up a package of the Nestle bottle waters and this woman gets really upset yelling about all the reasons I should not purchase from that company. Something about how they put poison in the water and just had to pay billions of dollars in fines.
Then gets off in to a bunch of other stuff that is too crazy to repeat. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. The only other remotely same thing was when I had a package of eggs and a man ask me if I knew there was a recall on that brand. I said no. I quickly checked my phone and he was right. I thanked him and left the eggs there. lol.
The next question - would you approach someone you did not know and discourage them from purchasing from a company because YOU did not agree with ethical choices they had made?
