when I am stressed out  I like to sit in a darkened room and pray quietly  and just relax in the quiet area any noise makes my stress worse also there are times I have to medicate also

My husband and I eat the frozen meals now and again we get them from the swans driver that is on our local route  we have them for days I'm feeling under the weather and hubby does the cooking they all aren't that bad

I really didn't know it was taco  day thought it was always taco Tuesday  lol in our house we eat fish on Fridays but when we have taco we have them with everything on them the works beef or chicken  lettuce,tomato,olives beans salsa sour cream and cheese of course

we have what is called trunk or treat where you only decorate the  back of your car or truck we are all assembled at the local ball park in a circle maybe 20  to 30 cars and the kids go around there much more fun and a whole lot safer
