Here's the story. My Cash Out was denied on March 31, 2016 due to the fact that I had to find another way to "cash out." I was told in a response to my Ticket on April 2, 2016 that once all new information for the new method of cash out (direct deposit) was sent to FC, I could open another support ticket letting them know and that the cash out would be "re-instated." On April 11, 2016, I supplied FC with all the information needed to re-instate my cash out as per FC's direction. I never got a reply from FC to the ticket of April 11, 2016 telling me the cash out was actually re-instated.
I decided to wait the entire month of April 2016 to give FC appropriate time to re-instate my prior cash out AND to be able to collect the money I earned IN the month of April. I again tried to cash out on April 30, 2016, and was once AGAIN denied.
I AGAIN sent in a Ticket to FC on April 30, 2016 asking for re-instatement of my March cash out. Since that time, I STILL haven't received a reply from FC. On May 3, 2016, I sent an EMAIL to FC asking for re-instatement of my March cash out, and to date, have not received a reply on that Ticket, either. This morning, May 4, 2016, I tried to CALL FC to get this resolved and all I got was a recording that said "FC doesn't help members via phone support."
In essence, I can't cash out, I'm not getting any replies to my Support Tickets, and I can't speak to anyone. Are you kidding me??? I think I've been pretty patient up to this point, don't you? I would appreciate a reply or an email from FC as to what the problem still is, AND, if any MEMBERS can tell me if they've ever gone through this, how long you had to wait a) before you got a reply from FC; b) how long you had to wait for your cash out to be re-instated; and c) IF and WHEN you ever DID get your cash out after changing your method of payment.
