OK, so today, I completed yet another Global Test Market survey. It was a short one about "car websites" and if I was familiar with any of them. I completed the survey, clicked submit, then it comes to another page where Global Test Market says "they want to improve their surveys" and would appreciate my reply to a couple of questions. I answer those couple of questions, click submit, and then it takes me to a page that tells me I was disqualified AFTER I COMPLETED the survey.
You know, I know these things happen now and again, but this is the second time with the same survey company that this has happened this month. I completed another Global Test Market survey on July 8th, got the same pages I spoke of above, and was never credited for that survey, either. That one was a much longer survey.
I have written to Global Test Market about the survey on 7-8-15 and about the survey I just completed today. I've yet to get a reply from them from my writing on the 8th of July, and even though I wrote to them again today, I expect I won't get a reply on this one, either.
Sorry, FC, but we put our time and opinions on these surveys and they've changed very much over the course of time I've been a member. I'm a bit peeved that Global Test Market is being allowed to get away with this and doesn't even have the courtesy to reply to contact made with them. I just want to put it out here that it's happened twice in a month and I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced the same thing with them.
