When the strawberries are ripe and sweet I love them - I can just eat them straight out of the carton or maybe with just some french toast as a topping with a little powdered sugar!!!

I love just about any kind of cake (but not all chocolate!), especially german chocolate, strawberry shortcake, lemon pound cake and let's not forget tiramasu made in a cake!!!!

I haven't used "public" transportation for about 20 yrs. now and sincerely think I wouldn't use a bus or train ever again.  I might try "uber" if I really needed to go somewhere and didn't have my own transportation but that's about where it ends.

I've never tried online dating but I don't think it's a real good idea.  After all anyone can "fake" their look, their intentions, their family or even their working.  Too scary for me!!!

Personally, I don't think manufactured homes are really cheap.  Some of them can be quite expensive.  Maybe your best best would be a "retirement community" where you could have your own home - just smaller with less grounds than you have now.  Of course, if you reallly want to be "hands off", an apartment is probably the only way to go.  In either event, I wish you luck on your search.
