Support / Re: Denied payment, why?
« on: November 01, 2014, 06:36:44 pm »Message ID: 931785
I have received my first payment today via paypal, it took awhile for the staff to process my payment but I have a feeling that future cashouts won't take as long because this was my first cashout. The offer incentives on this site are very high paying compared to other websites so I will continue to earn cash on this website. Thanks for the support everyone, and for anyone waiting for payment like I was, you will get it if you follow all the rules.

Edit : So apparently my payment was denied because they never got my faxed copy of my photo I.D. I'm a bit frustrated because the staff waited until mid month to send me an e-mail telling me I needed to verify my I.D. Now they are saying they can't find my fax, do you see why I'm having a problem here on this website?

I've reached the $25 minimum, verified my phone, faxed a copy of my CA I.D. and they still decided to deny paying me. I've sent a support ticket and the mod didn't even bother reading my message and instead gave me a quick copy and paste message, here is what my support ticket said :

- Driver's License
- State-issued Identification
- Passport
- School Identification
- Official University correspondence, with letterhead

We are asking you because we detected unusual activity associated with your account. By providing identification, we can establish with more certainty that you are who you say you are.

You must use our fax cover sheet. Our fax number is on the cover sheet. The cover sheet is in PDF format, so you'll need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software to download and print it. You can download it from Adobe's website if you don't have it already:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Please click the following link to download and print the cover sheet:

The identification you provide must list a street or mailing address and the address must match the information on your FusionCash account.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you have already done this, then be patient as we work through the number of identifications.

2014-10-20 21:59:42   You denied my cash out, why? I faxed a paper with my photo id and signature, I've verified myself on the phone, I've reached the $25 cash out and why are you denying me my payment to my paypal account? I've already waited a whole month.."

Okay, I'm done with this site. Waiting an entire whole month to process a payment isn't cool in my book.. :bad: :-\

Payments / What is up with the delayed payment?

I've cashed out on September 13 of this month. According to the faq I should have received payment already but my status is marked as "pending still".  I opened a support ticket and received the following reply :

2014-09-21 11:08:32   Our payment schedule is this:
You cashout anytime in the current month, and you are paid on or before the 20th of the following month. This is done for several reasons, such as accounting purposes.

PayPal is sent out the same day and generally shows up in accounts within minutes.

2014-09-21 11:00:40   I was under the impression that I would receive payment on the 20th and yet my cash out still hasn't even been processed. This is a really cool website but only being able to cash out like this is kind of lame as their are plenty of other websites that pay instantly via paypal. Do business days effect the payment process? I understand someone manually has to check and verify before proceeding with payment to prevent fraud as with other websites but why such the lengthy wait? Is this website managed by a single person who also manages other sister websites?"

The support didn't answer my questions. The reply they gave me  doesn't make any sense because it's already the 21st and my payment status is still marked as "pending". Can someone shed some light for me and this confusing situation? Does this happen to every member that cashes out here?
