First time to see this ad.  His wardrobe and props appear to match Dr Pepper's colors to perfection.

But for me...I prefer the past...and in a glass bottle....

It's not so bad; it's just something you have to adjust to for the short term.  Human nature says you always want what you can't have.  In the meantime, spring is busting out all around us.  We got an early morning thunderstorm and a late afternoon heavy downpour.  Then...poof...it was over and the sun broke out for a beautiful sunset.

Debate & Discuss / Re: trump is doing an excellant job.........
« on: April 12, 2020, 06:03:51 pm »Message ID: 1320752
I find the above discussions between UGetPaid and linderlizzie to be insightful.  Or, rather, their comments appear to be focused enough on reading between the lines here.  This takes apart a typical statement made displaying a lack of comprehension to the question posed regarding examples of Trump's "horrible" job performance.  Being in his position is a thankless job and not for the faint of heart.  So no, linderlizzie, you probably won't get any examples.  Thinking about herd mentality, for a moment...it is just too easy to join the herd, shout the 'phrase of the hour' and act like you're smart.

I was going to hold off my cashout in March, but I'm glad I didn't.  Still looking for the $1 Payment Picture Bonus.  Working fast and furiously to build up earnings in April -- if only these payments weren't so puny -- really discouraged when a Qualtrics survey that thoroughly discussed Coronavirus issue only paid me 5¢.

FusionCash / Re: PTC now 7min?? Visit 4 pages for 2 1/2 minutes

My PTC was still 2 1/2 minutes yesterday.  I haven't done it yet today.  Even if it did go to 7 minutes, would not matter much to me.  Just open another tab or window and do something else while the timer runs.  Or, better yet, Go wash your hands again, LOL!    :turkey:

Gotta hand it to you, bb, that last line is really funny!  I'm a compulsive hand washer anyway so this reminder to do so makes me chuckle.  I invest in hand creams like a prized collection -- taking care of my skin was really stressed when I was growing up (thanks, mom ).

Oh, and my PTC worked like a charm today, but, at this stage of the game, a glitch would not surprise me.

Off-Topic / Re: What's for dinner?
« on: April 10, 2020, 08:38:08 pm »Message ID: 1320512
Tonight's dinner was homemade (crockpot) lasagna, salad on the side and served with a glass of 14 Hands 'Hot To Trot' Smooth Red Blend while watching the classic James Bond movie, Goldfinger.

Note:  the wine selection was intentional because in the movie one of villain Auric Goldfinger's many business endeavors included owning a preeminent Kentucky stud farm (in one scene at the farm we see the trotters on the training track).

I don't recall anything unusual about my PTC today.  However, I typically click on content pages (umm, does the Comic page still count?) and sometimes I hit 'Today in History' twice because I enjoy this content.

Off-Topic / Re: quick question on the virus

On the March 15th program, Life, Liberty & Levin, Mark Levin's guest was the director for Chinese strategy at The Hudson Institute (a politically conservative think tank in Washington, DC) who expressed his views on the situation.  He basically said China does not want to take responsibility for the Coronavirus due to the activities of open-air markets, specifically, Huanan Seafood Market in Wuhan.

They persecuted the first 8 doctors, considered whistleblowers by the Chinese; since that time one of the doctors has died from Coronavirus.  The fear today is stirred up by the belief that the Chinese know more about this virus and how it was created and spread than they are telling.  Plus, they would not allow visitors to the markets nor accept outside aid from other countries.

I decided to go ahead and cash out on the last day of March during the Tap non-crediting ordeal.  So, with things back to working order with Tap I've been able to accumulate almost $6 by now.  And I'm looking anxiously for the $1 Payment Picture Bonus since the last one hit our accounts Feb. 8.  Sure would be encouraging to see that happen. :in-love:

I did see the big and bright Supermoon last night just about the time I made a quick grocery run.  The store that is closest to my house that I typically shop for these quick "fill-in" trips for groceries cut back their hours so I now have to be mindful of the time.  I don't mind at all; the checkers and stocking folks are doing all of us a good deed during the Shelter In Place order in my hometown.

It is such relief when a problem like Tap's surveys not crediting to FC members' accounts is cleared up.  Thanks to FusionCash and Tap for getting it ironed out.  Now things can run like they're supposed to and we can, hopefully, get back to the business at hand and earn.

I haven't been able to connect with a Peanut Labs survey since the end of November!  They continue to show up with offers.  I even have a Featured Offer to watch a Hulu video, but it won't allow me to connect and view it.  Instead ~

Sorry! We're having trouble contacting this partner's website. Please try something else and we'll get this fixed soon.

I believe Tap Research is complying with its agreement with FC, but there is some little "hitch in the getalong" {phrase borrowed from the language sometimes used in the unorganized territories west of Mississippi River during the 1800s, specifically, heard on cattle trails in rural Texas} going on here.  :confused1:
