If you get that message for more than a week, they blocked your account. Sometimes they do that even though you followed their rules. You can submit a support ticket on their site for them to unblock.

What might have happened is the actual survey is closed. Those qualifying questions are part of the site portal that then routes you to the actual survey. Not the real qualifying questions for the survey.

Always remember that FC is for earning extra pocket change. Don't come in with expectations of getting rich. Appreciate every cent. Have patience and know that surveys look for very specific demographics, so you just have to keep trying, don't take it personally.

Unfortunately not all survey DQ's have consolation cent. Surveys are frustrating, but just take a deep breath and try again in a few days.

I don't time them, but I look at an estimate. I also quit the survey if I feel it's taking too long. Especially those surveys that ask a whole set for questions for each brand, and there are 10+ brands to go through.

It's a privacy issue. Some people worry that if they allow webcam access, their webcam is always open to that other party, or they get hacked.

I have had the same thing happen. It's a shame, because their surveys tend to be quick and easy. When they work, they are a great value.
