Most of the time I work about 11-14 hours a day.  It is child care, but those little guys can run you ragged!!!!LOL

I have to say that working with kids 11-14 hours a day is equivalent to a 20 hour a day, so I can't complain much.  I have two little boys and I am only with them for a few hours a day and they wear me out.

The cat pees on our shoes and around one area of our house. We recent moved into a new place and I wonder if another animal was in the house before we moved in and she smells the other animal's urine.  I don't think I could take any better care of her.

I've given her prescription food that cost $40 a bag.  I've tried soft foods, hard foods, soft foods mixed with dry foods, and I've tried about 10 different brands and types.  She seems to do pretty well with a lamb based food, and if I trim her hair she does not throw up as much.

Another thing I should mention is that she throws up the most in the summer months.  During the winter it is much less frequent.

Those rules seem fair enough. I know that we are required to keep the posts PG, and I think that is fine, but can we ask the people on the forum questions about advice or experiences that may be of a personal nature such as intimacy questions, sexual health, ect.?

That is the worst part, I've taken her to about 5 different vets, and they were the ones that told me to do all of that stuff.  I have probably spent a few thousand on this cat, but it is my wife's cat and she love it, so I can't just get rid of it.

I am curious as well.  How long did it take you to earn that much, and what did you find as the best method of earning?

What up Sino!

So you are going into business and finance eh! I am a CPA and have started doing some investing.  I was previously a manager of a gym for 3 year and work in another gym prior to that for 5 years.

Are you in school right now?  What do you plan to do in finance or business?

I have a cat that pukes all the time and has started peeing on my shoes and carpet.  Have any of you had a cat that did this and what have you done to fix the problem.  I've tried the following:

1. Changed cat diet'
2. Gave hairball medicine
3. Gave probiotic
4. Clean litter every two to three days
5. Buzzed her hair
6. Brushed her hair

I am very sorry to hear of this tragic event.  It is sad to see that suicide is such a common solution that people turn to these days to overcome difficulties.

I will keep you and their family in my prayers.

Off-Topic / Average work week?

At my job, my company expects me to work between 250 and 300 hours overtime each year.  I've already surpassed the 300 hour mark and am no where near being done working over time.

I am just curious, what is your average weekly hours worked per week?  And do what kind of benefits do you get?

Off-Topic / Re: Lollipops

I am fairly certain that it is impossible to actually finishing a LARGE lollipop without biting. At least, I do not have the courage to endure such a task.  I once licked a flavorful pop to the point where I could feel the awesomeness of the sweet bubble gum in side, but then my emotions got the best of me and I gave it to the bite.

I just found this little gem online though, "A group of engineering students from Purdue University reported that its licking machine, modeled after a human tongue, took an average of 364 licks to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop. Twenty of the group's volunteers assumed the licking challenge-unassisted by machinery-and averaged 252 licks each to the center."

So there you have it.

Off-Topic / What are Your Personal Investing Strategies?
« on: July 22, 2017, 04:54:02 pm »Message ID: 1156270
I am a new investor using the Robinhood App on my phone, but I am not sure if I should do day trading or focus more on a long term strategy.

What have you all found to be the best method for you?  And, do you think the market is going to drop again like it did in 2008 because if it is, I should probably wait until it does that before I buy a bunch of stock and then they just tank.

Right now people can get a free stock using that app, but I don't have anyone that I know that I can refer, so that method of investing won't work.

Any suggestions will help!
