there is a reason they tell u to NOT get the flu shot if u are starting to get sick. if u r starting to feel sick dont get the flu shot u will only get real sick. get the shot early in the season. its a really good idea to talk to professionals and do some research, not some stupid website that can say whatever, read medical journals get the real facts before u decide what to do. vaccines r a good thing

when i cant fall asleep i make up a made up story in my head. kinda like reading a book and i just think about that make my characters do stuff and what not. this always shuts off the part of my brain that keeps me awake thinking and worrying
