On the news, they are saying that this should be taken soon because people are getting the flu. I think I may get mine today. It takes a while to take effect.

Off-Topic / Before making a phone call, do you ever rehearse what you're going to say? Why?

If I had a phone interview, I would rehearse things that I would say. I do this because I want to make sure that what I say sounds ok. Also if I were mad at someone that I want to yell at, I would rehearse what I am saying in a sensible manner to be sure that I say what I need to say but still speak my mind.

I am fluent in English, I speak some French (enough to have a short conversation) and I am taking a Spanish class at school this spring.

I do. Some of these tax preparation places charge so much. In the past I have filed taxes for friends to save them money too.

I went to Safeway one day and I wrote a check. The cashier was surprised because people rarely use it. But if i'm going to spend money on the checks, Im going to use them.

I have a Facebook friend who posted her office holiday gift. Someone gave her a figurine that you can put in your yard. It was in its original box, BUT the box was "yellowish" like it was sitting in the basement forever. Totally not cool. If I were this person, I would have bought chocolates instead. What do you think?

If I buy something for a loved one, especially if I know they want a certain item, I would spend $100. Of course if it is a spouse it would be more, but for brothers/cousin, etc., I do not see going over $100.

The lines to see Santa this year was so short at the mall. Today the mall was packed with last minute shoppers but Santa looked so bored; no one was taking pictures with him. I know that there are so many people who do not believe is Santa or the reason for the holiday, but they love receiving presents.

Do your small relatives still believe in Santa?
