Off-Topic / Re: Another Great Survey/Offer Site
« on: August 29, 2017, 09:12:35 am »Message ID: 1164023
I've been with Inbox Dollars for several years. Yes, they do charge a $3 processing fee, unless you earn an additional $10 within 30 days. But actually, they just add that to your account to go toward your next cashout.
I did lose my account once due to inactivity. I didn't have any money in my account at the time, or at least not much, and they had stopped sending me emails, so I gave up on them. But then later on I made a new account, and so far they've been great.

Off-Topic / I hate my job!
« on: August 29, 2017, 09:05:51 am »Message ID: 1164022
I used to really like my job: good pay, really easy and interesting work. But a few months ago, I got excessed and moved to another job in another department (Which was totally unfair,  because I had far more time in that department than anyone else there, except my coworker that also got excessed. But the stupid union lets them get away with doing seniority by total time in the whole company, NOT in the department.) Now I really hate the job I'm on. It's very hard on my hands and wrists, and the hours are horrible. I still work second shift, but I start an hour earlier than before, so I lose an hour of doing things during the day. I'm constantly trying to scramble to eat lunch and leave for work, and sometimes I don't have time to take something for supper, or a snack at work, so then I have to buy something. I'm keeping track of all the money I'm losing by working this early shift. I want to quit, but unfortunately I just bought another vehicle, since my old one died, so now I have to keep working to pay for it.

I do sometimes eat snacks while I'm on my computer. I don't make a habit of it though. When I was at my other job at work, I always took my breaks and lunch at the computer, so of course I was eating them. THAT keyboard was filthy!

I use Firefox, Chrome, and IE, but mostly Firefox. Chrome is way too slow to load, and uses a lot of memory. Firefox does give me problems sometimes, but I like using it. IE is OK, but supposedly less secure, so I don't use it as much. However, it does seem to give me the least problems.

Off-Topic / Re: Political Correctness?
« on: August 11, 2017, 09:28:00 am »Message ID: 1160739
Political Correctness is a direct attack against free speech. There's nothing in the Constitution or Declaration of Independence that says "Thou shalt not be Offended." It has turned America into a hodgepodge collection of whimps and crybaby snowflakes, not a united country. everybody's going to be offended about something, and kids in school should be taught to toughen up and accept that fact, instead of finding "safe spaces" to sulk in.

I was referred by my friend, oldbuddy.  It has been a good decision.  I love Fusion Cash.
You must have made him a lot of money over the years! I see you've earned a lot here.
I don't think I'm anybody's referral, because I found the site through an internet search several years ago.

I've been a Prime member for several years, and I shop at Amazon all the time. Prime isn't quite as good a deal as it used to be, because now they don't give $1 digital credits for choosing slower shipping.  So I just take the Free 2-Day shipping. They also put a lot more items as add-on items, so you have to spend $25 to get the free shipping. But it's still worth it for me, because I order so much from them.

Off-Topic / Re: Trump Says Transgender People Can't Serve In Military
« on: August 08, 2017, 09:47:02 am »Message ID: 1160126
This was a good decision on Trump's part. There are plenty of medical problems that make a person disqualified from serving, even relatively minor things like flat feet. Certainly, costly transgender surgery and medications would be a much bigger burden on the taxpayer, as well as cause a lot of disruption with time off for surgeries, etc. There's also the fact that not accepting your biological gender is really a mental disorder, and certainly mental problems should be a disqualification. Soldiers have to be a mentally and physically fit as possible if you want a strong capable military, and there should be no room for social experimentation and biology changes.  You also have morale issues, with women not wanting biological males in their bathrooms, even when they're pretending to be females. The whole thing is just one big mess. The transgender numbers are hugely inflated (if they're not, then we have a huge epidemic of mental disorder in this country!), especially in the military, just to confuse the issue.

I've been working full time all my working life, and I'm still not used to it, LOL! Actually, I guess I got soft, because I had a cake job for 6 years, and now I got moved to a job that's much harder physically. I think time is really the only thing that gets a person used to working full time.

Most of the surveys are like that. It is very annoying, but I've learned to not depend on the time frame stated. I always expect them to be longer, and if they are indeed short, then I get a happy surprise.

I've called support, and did what they said to do, but the problems still persists. They are trying to force me to do the two-factor verification, but I don't want to, because it's a huge hassle to constantly have to enter texted codes as well as my password. Security measures like that should be optional. I'm thinking it might be because I have a seller account as well as a buyer account, although the customer service rep didn't say anything about that.

I don't have time for much DIY, but I have family members that can do almost anything.

I love taking naps, although I rarely get to do it during the week. Sunday is usually my nap day, especially when it rains. I get all my sleep caught up on Sunday.

I don't do much cooking, but I've seen some casserole recipes that look really delicious. At least they are easy to prepare without a lot of fuss.

« on: August 07, 2017, 08:33:09 am »Message ID: 1159861
I love how surveys tell you there are no right or wrong answers..
but obviously there are right and wrong answers...
as i got disquialified from a survey for not
shopping dryer sheets at loads of diffrent places..
I'm sorry but.. i only get my dryer sheets at walmart...
I don't shop amazon, cosco, target etc...
Mainly because walmart has the lowest prices in my opinion on dryer sheets..
And dollar store... Well let's just say you get what you pay for...
I'm not really annoyed but i am amused because every survey you see that message
There are no right or wrong answers..
Well I already solved that mystery... :p

Yeah that is a flat out lie.  When you answer wrong they kick you out.  They want a certain result for the survey.  So they can say x out of x people said this.  And they can make that happen if they kick out everyone who says what they do not want to hear.  I have noticed that with political surveys especially.
That's why I don't  believe those political surveys. "No right or wrong answers," but they only accept the ones that will give them the results they want. Rigging the survey doesn't give an honest representation of the public's real views.
