Off-Topic / Re: President Obama

Terrible, in my opinion.  Very divisive and dishonest, and while I tend to expect this as a default from politicians in general, he has carried it to a new level.  He has denied more requests for information than any other president making him the least transparent administration in history.  He has subverted the law of the land in multiple instances and failed in his duties to uphold his responsibilities to execute the laws.  He has repeatedly put the power of the federal government against the states and its peoples.  He has tried to micro manage the affairs of the American people while ensuring that all his bundlers and supporters received larger portions of the American coffers (which even has some liberals suggesting "damn, get a room").  He is so bad at his job that he makes me miss Carter....

My word, I actually agree with Abrupt regarding the lack of transparency.

He's done good things, he's done bad things.  He's a zillion times better than Rmoney.

November 2007.  Thankfully my financial situation has gotten a bit better, so I won't need to be around here as much.  I'm looking forward to not taking surveys all the time.

I got hooked on "Chopped" earlier this month.  Quite entertaining, sometimes ridiculous.

Extra money, but of course.  It comes in handy.

If any of us were rich, do you think we'd still be frequenting this site and forum?

I'll answer for everyone and say "no."

I also think it's sad that his statue is coming down.

It is sad that all the good that Joe Paterno did in his career at Penn State has been
tarnished by the actions of Jerry Sandusky and the administration that swept
the events under the rug.

With the able assistance of one Joe Paterno  ::)

Kudos to the NCAA.  I'm actually somewhat surprised they had the fortitude to come down this harshly.

Obama is going to personally tattoo the mark on every single American after he's reelected.  It is known.

Assault weapons should be.  There's a big difference between having handgun for "protection" and having a weapon that can mow down people in seconds.

Yep, every 5,000 miles.  Preventative maintenance is worth it.
