Off-Topic / Re: Make the Money, Don't Let it Make You!

I agree with Jolct22...Do the freebies and Daily Surveys.  If you get into the Credit Card surveys, look for something you ll use.  Ive done that and got some really good deals and at the same time, got cash from here.  Its a win-win situation if you use it as its meant to be used.  Good luck and take a closer look that the CC offers,  you ll probably find something you want.

Ive found to look at the positive side of it all and work on the Daily Surveys and referrals.  If you can manage at least one Daily Survey a day, you  can average about 25 to 30 dollars a month.  Not bad for a half hours work a day.

Ive been away for awhile but started back a few days ago, so Ive done fairly good on the daily surveys.  Ive managed to get both of them a couple of times, and so far Ive managed at least one a day.  I got credit for them as well.  Maybe restarting good luck..dunno, we'll see, lol.

I dont say much, but i keep track of whats what in here and seen where you posted about the surgery in the thread about how you would spend your F/C money.
Im glad to hear things turned out ok.  Our pets become part of the family over the years.  I have a Jack Russel Tarrier that drives me MAD...I threaten on a daily basis to box her up and UPS her south...but..we all know how that goes.  I end up giving her a treat and and alls forgotten for another half hour, lol.
Take care.
Jim.

Ive not had a problem cashing any of mine.  I usually have it done right at the drive thru window, but like most say, it helps to have an account at the bank your trying to cash it at.

Nikebugs...they just do that if your not in the clique here.  Oh well, im not going to spend all my time trying to get stars.  It dosent mean its a rank or anything important, just the amount of posts they put in here.  I wonder that too, but thats ok.  Im not here for thier approval, just to make a few bucks and keep up to date on changes, new offers and tips.  Youll find a few that really irk you, but if you ll notice, theres an ignore option.

I'll agree that there isnt many new offers on a daily basis, but the key in FC is to do the daily surveys each day.  At the end of the month you'll make payout.  Ive yet to miss a payout yet since Dec.  Good luck.

Heres a list of do's and dont's, I hope this helps and also hope it dont break any TOS rules...

Crediting tips-
1.)Clear your cookies in between every offer.
To do so in Internet Explorer-
Go to Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies (or Delete then Delete Cookies in some cases)
Or you can download a program by going to

http://www.ccleaner.com/
this program is 100%free

Once it is installed simply hit "Run Cleaner".
FOR useing mozilla firefox you go to tools> clear private data> a box will come up and "cookies" will be unchecked. check it then click clear private data now.

2.)Clear your temporary internet files before starting offers.
To do so in Internet Explorer-
Go to Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files (or Delete then Delete Files in some cases)

3.)Turn off your firewall, Norton, or other security programs. These programs can often block cookies that are used to track credit for offers.

4.)Make sure you only use an email address once for offers from the same company.
FOR EXAMPLE:if you did an offer from Brandarama company ,you should not use that email address on another Brandarama offer.because companies are less likely to credit the same email twice .They seem to be interested in new members so by using different emails it highers your chances of getting credit for that offer
(IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE)
when creating new emails adresses , I have noticed that if you complete an offer with a real name and last name email address versus a random name email address . that the
REAL name emails addresses will get credited faster and better ..( 8 out of 10 times )..

examples:swordclash@yahoo.com =random

example: MikeHenderson111@yahoo.com=real name .
I believe it's because the companies think that this is someones serious main emails as opposed to some random fast put together email that might not mean much to the person.

5.)Make sure your computer is set to accept cookies. The first thing you should do is check your Privacy settings.
To do so in Internet Explorer-
Go to Tools > Internet Options > then click on the Privacy Tab
You should see a slider bar. Drag the slider bar so it displays Accept All Cookies as your privacy setting. Then click the Advanced tab and UNCHECK "Override automatic cookie handling", if it is checked.

6.)Make sure you are not using an email address that contains banned words. You should NOT use any email address that has the word "spam" or any obscenities in it.

Tips and Tricks:
Get http://www.roboform.com/ This will help store frequently used login information, its a real time saver. It also creates passcards, storing your usernames and passwords allowing you to sign with a click of a button. Download the free version.
To ensure you receive credit for filling out a site. Do the following:
1. Disable all pop-up blocker
On the top of the browser, click on "Tools" and then "Internet Options."
A new window should pop up. Click the "Privacy" tab and uncheck the "Block pop-ups box (if it is checked), and then click "OK."
2. remember (Accept all cookies)

hope this helps

Same thing happened to me as well.  I didnt go back and re-do it though.  I kinda got POed about though over the notice that i got that stated I didnt meet the criteria.  In my opinion, thats an offer that should be pulled.
