Agency refused my electronic invoice

My phone was closed sim cards didn't work

I was bought it from one weak and paid the taxes after two days it closed.

I went to the agency in Egypt and they ask about the invoice but I have  electronic invoice only.

So the agency refused to solve the problem .

I ask anyone to solve my problem.

If an agency pushes back on electronic invoices, I usually ask which exact format they need and resend it in PDF with my signature added. I’ve had a few picky clients, and having clean, compliant records from phoenix payroll solutions made things smoother, since their invoices were always accepted without questions. Sometimes just showing that the invoice is generated by a proper accounting system gets the agency to move on.
