I have 2 referrals listed that have signed up, but I have no bonus for them?  Is this because they haven't done an offer nor confirmed their emails?

If you don't get the bonus it means they didn't confirm their email or complete an offer. Just keep trying to get referrals, and you will get people who will confirm and complete offers.

Expanding on the above reply:

Even if the side panel lists you as having referred 2 people, you won't get the $1 bonus until they confirm their emails. You won't receive the $2 bonus until they complete and receive credit for their first offer.

If you know the people that you referred, just tell them to do these things and you'll get the money credit right away!
