Hesitant to sign up with DIRECT DEPOSIT
« on: February 15, 2008, 05:38:00 am »
I just signed up earlier today and I have already made $68 and some change.  I've been a member of Inboxdollars for over a year now and so far I've earned  more with FC in less than one day than I did with Inboxdollars!  Anyway, I'm thankful for this site..so my thanks to the ones responsible for making FC available to those of us who just need a lil bit of money to get by each month.

I am contemplating the Direct Deposit option...very wary of giving my account number and routing number to anyone or anything.  Am I just being too paranoid?  Has anyone tried this?

Thanks in advance!!!

FC is kinda leading the pack with the Direct Depost option, my best friend is paranoid as heck when it comes to her bank info also...so now she has an Account Now card...and an Obopay card...so she uses the routing/account numbers with those cards instead of her TierOne account...works like a charm..

I have no idea why other sites dont offer Direct Deposit...perhaps i will go to their forums and drop a slight hint..like 'ho hum..odd how a lil ole site like FC can offer direct deposit an they dont even have all the offers/contests..etc your site has but yet they can offer direct deposit..humph..

You should really get a paypal card . I highly recommend them. I LOVE getting cash back for things I would buy any way or even for paying bills ! OFC my dad says I squeeze 2 nickels together so tight a quarter pops out lol

I've had expereince with prepaid debit cards, but every time you load them with cash by moneygram or western union at Wal-mart, the fees are like $3.50 per load. Many cards charge monthly maintenance fees too. My recommendation to you is this:
If you use a prepaid debit card to sign up for offers, and the telephone number to cancel your offer is disconnected, or you run into another unforeseen occurrence, and get stuck with a revolving charge, it is best to destroy your card and claim it as lost or stolen, and you will get a new card in the mail with a new card number so your last card will not work anymore, and you won't be charged anymore. However this cost $10.00 with most prepaid card providers, So try to make sure you have, and keep the telephone number to cancel any offer you sign up with. :)

BTW Direct Deposit is safe with Fusion Cash. I've fell prey to a company trying to collect my bank account
information, and birth day, and social security number, all in the same phone call. BOLD. I gave them my bank account
number, gave them the wrong birthday, and when they asked for my social security number I said "no thank you"
and hung up. The company name is USGoldline, claiming to repair my credit. If anybody knows anything about them and there legitimacy let me know. Start a new post under off-topic.
