When Can You Cash Out?

I know you can't cash out until you reach 25.00 but what is the last day in the month to request a payment?
Also when will you receive your money?

You can cash out at any time. You will receive your payment in the month after you cash out. So if you cash out in October, you will receive your payment sometime in late November.

You can wait to cashout until the last day of the month.

you have until the last day of the month to cash out and you will receive it on or about the 20th of the following month.  It also depends on your payment method ~ I use direct deposit and always receive it n the 20th like clock work.
