where do i find the Banners to post them

ok am new here not sure where to find banners so i can post one can anyone please help ??

There should be an easier way, but this works:

Go to your Account Page.
On the left side of the page towards the top is the "Referral Box"
Click on "Read More"
This takes you to FAQ; click on 3rd question: "Do you have banners....."
Click on "banners..."

Your referral link will be on the top of the page, followed by a lot of banners of various sizes.

If you plan on accessing this page often, you might want to make it a favorite -- tho you will need to be logged in to get to it.
