Read thru the Beginner's Guide to get some basic questions answered (One of the 2 top links in the Support section of the Forum).

To get started, click on Offers (top of any FC page) and then Daily (at the near top right in the categories of offers).  Dailys consist of surveys you can complete once every 24 hrs (keep track of when you complete one); the daily $.15 click and the sign up for the $.02 daily email. 

Since you've found your way to the Forum, check out the Contests and Promotion section.  There are 2 weekly contests (Sat and Tues); the Posting bonus (post 30+ meaningful posts in a calendar month -- must request the bonus - and receive $3 - usually by the end of the month following the date of request.)

Lots to do, but get this into your routine and you'll be on your way to cash out.  You need $25 in your account, of which $15 must be in offers.  Check your account page:  mid-way down on the left will be the staus of your account value and the split of that amount between bonuses and offers.
