The FAQ says every cashout is paid on the 20th, so if I cashout any day after that will I have to wait another month to get my money?

Yes, If you were to cashout any day in October, you would get your payment around the 20th of November. If you happen to cashout November 1st then you would have to wait until December 20th to get your payment. So make sure you cashout before the first of the month if you want to get your payment that following month.

Yes they (Fusion Cash) sends out money by the 20th of the month so you might as well weight til 30th or 31 to hit the cash out button but don't forget or you will have to weight another month.

You'll get it on or about the 20th of next month.  The general rule is that you receive payment on or about the 20th of the month FOLLOWING the month of your request. 

This assumes that if any of your offers are reversed you still meet the 25/15 requirement for cash out.
