Just like the surveys the videos can be based on demographics, I have not had it happen to me in a really long time but I too have been denied videos based on age or gender. Don't give up! :wave:

It has been awhile since I had a movie ask my age. I didn't realize that there was an age restriction on some of the movies for the longest time. I don't understand it but do respect it.
