found a solution to a survey that would never credit!

I think it depends on the answers you give on the surveys.  I have tried IE and Firefox and still can't qualify for the surveys.

i am using google chrome right now but there are lots of offers and trial i used and completed didn't get credit for that.i just download firefox now my question is do i have to do all the offers again?thanks

I am using google chrome and I don't have any problems getting offers to approve. I don't think the browser makes a difference for the surveys, they all depend on the answers you give and whether you meet the criteria for them.

The reason why is because the privacy settings are configured improperly.
