not happy with this site

I have been on this site for over 3 weeks now and alot of the offers I have done are not being credited to my account,.and all the credit now offers that are suppose to be instant are not crediting either! Does anyone know. what to do about this and whom I can contact?

You can always create a support ticket.  Unfortunately, many offers won't get credited.  I was frustrated when that happened in the beginning too.  Just remember, when you do not get credited, fc doesn't get paid either, so it's a bummer for all.  try to enjoy the ones you are credited with and all will be good.

You can create a ticket,but there have been some advice around, regarding clearing your cookies before starting, do not rush your answers, and if you qualify and get the screen that says that you have cCompleted the survey DO NOT close the window right away, leaving open for about 10 to 15 minutes and check to see if you get credit then, if not then wait a little more.

Some surveys take longer to pay even when they say Automatic.

It is a little frustating but with a little patience you can do it, just do not rush and you will find what works best for you, the Daily email, paid to click, videso (when available) and the Daily Tasks are very good and pay almost all the time, with the surveys is just the matter of luck.  also check the Contest and Promotions part there are weekly contest that pay a few cents a week and every penny counts.

If you follow the directions exactly most offers do get credited. If you are having problems with the surveys being credited....leave the congratulations window open until you get credited. What offers are you having problems with? Creating a support ticket is not going to help you get your credits. If you don't get credited it means that the off never got completed and if the offer never got completed Fusion Cash doesn't get paid, so they can't pay you. So you need to figure out what you are doing wrong. Yes, there are some offers that never credit. Hide these offers, so that you don't keep trying to do them. I know Clipngo and all the insurance ones never credit for me. The surveys and most everything else does credit for me. Some things require you to be in a certain browser. If your having problem with getting credited, search the forums to see what other people have done to get credited for the offer. Or else you'll find that other people were having problems with it too. If that's the case just hide the offer and forget about it.

Always clear your browser's cookies before starting a new offer.  I've found that if I don't, I usually won't get credited.

I am curious to know how you got locked out for the last three days? Do you mean from the entire site? or just certain surveys? If it were a system wide problem I am sure there would be a lot of people commenting if and when they were able to get back in. The cookies issue may have a lot to do with it, and unfortunately sometimes you also have to be able to switch to a different browser, say if you are using INternet Explorer, you may also want to try Firefox and or Safari, some of the others do have a tendancy to work better for certain activities. If you have not been able to find a reason , I would think submitting a support ticket should help to clear things up. I am surprised that there was not an explanation given to you at the time. Hopefully things are all good now and you are back to making some money. Do you know that you can access the forum from the  Quick links on the tool bar? or at the top of the the grey screens? there should have been a way to get there. Maybe now that you are back in, you could consider a bookmark or favorites on the forum home page so that you can get to it directly.  This does sort of point out another good reason to do a few more than just one per day so build a little cushion in case something like this occurs again. Are you talking about the $3 bonus for April? If so, you have until the end of May to submit for that one.

Sometimes the offers just don't credit. I know with the way my computer works if I want to do more than one offer on here I have to clear everything: cache, cookies, history, etc...if I want another offer to credit. Trying doing that first before submitting a support ticket.

Make a slow set of money through the paid to click and email.
