You should receive payment, pending approval, on or around the 20th of June, depending on your method of payment.

You always recieve payment the 20th of the FOLLOWING month. Whether you cashout on the 1st, 12th, 31st, ect it doesnt matter, you will get your payment on or around the 20th of the next month.
For this reason alot of people will give you the advise to wait untill the end of the month to cashout so that its only a 3 week wait untill you get your payment, and you can make more $ before you cashout too.

That's probably not an uncommon sentiment however, FC has their accounting procedures in place for their reasons.  Though this may change in the future, (or not), that's the way it is for now.

Here there is a set date that you'll get paid so you know that it's best to wait until the end of the month to cash out. Other places say it'll take up to 6-8 weeks to receive payment so you never know when you'll actually get it

You always get paid around the 20th of the following month no matter what day in the previous month you cashout.  If you wait until the last day of the month you can save up for more of a payout and have less of a wait time (around 3 weeks).  On the other hand, if you cashout earlier you can get started on you next cashout amount and possibly acquire more for that payout.

Nope, not really.  No matter when you cash out, it will still appear as approved around the 20th of the month.  The only thing is that you have 180 days from the time an offer credits to your account to cash out, other wise it will disappear and you will not be able to claim it.
