Where are you putting your banners and text links? You want to put them in a place where people are interested and eager to sign up and make money. I put my banner and referral link on my blog about making money and then just try to get organic traffic to my blog. There are tons of ideas on the forum on how to get referrals. If you research it a little you will find some great methods.

They have to confirm their email for you to get a $1 credit and then you get $2 when they complete an offer. If they just sign up and don't do an offer or confirm their email you won't get credit.
