Support question?

Does anyone know how long it usually takes for  support question to be answered?  I sent one in on 12/10 about not receiving credit for calling Hair Transplants and have not heard yet.  This is the 1st time I did this so I don't know if this is the normal time frame or not?  Thanks for your help

it just all depends i still have some open they havn't even responded too and that was like a year ago

I've asked the same type of question in the past, and usually just get a canned-type response... something along the lines of "FC doesn't control the credits and/or revocations... the sponsors do".

I am wondering myself, I asked a question a month ago, and then asked again and again and they asked me to stop asking... it has not been resolved yet???
