They will know as soon as you reach that  minimium time!.
You have to stay on the phone with them for about 3minutes!

they give you a certain phone number to call, it is most likely connect to your account somehow but they do

Yes, they are awesome offers for good money and credit as soon as you have spent the required time.  I have done a lot of them and they all credit right away.
