If you have a specific problem, you can also describe it right here on the forum.  It's quite possible that another member can help you also.

That's one of the nice things about FC:  the forum provides you with another means to get information and help.  And you will usually get it more quickly than via Support.

yeah i have found that a lot of problems and questions can be answered on here in the forums.  a lot of people on here have helped me a lot with diferrent things that i've asked about.  if it can't be answered here, then open a support ticket.

Go to support and then click on trouble ticket send them the problem and they will look into it for you.

They are very good at this site trying to get things resolved.
