We are scaling back Christmas this year. The past few years the family has grown through marriage and babies and the amount of presents has grown exponentially. This year we are only getting presents for the children and our spouses. We still plan on having a big dinner. With Kroger's mega savings sale they are having this week, we already made a pretty big dent in our Christmas dinner list. I'd say things are going pretty well so far!

I'm working on November birthday gifts.  I like giving cash and cards for Christmas so people don't have to deal with returning junk, etc.
Have a great day!

I usually don't start until after Thanksgiving, but not on Black Friday.  Will do a lot of shopping (hopefully) on Cyber Monday, though!

I shop for Christmas year round.  Whenever I find a good deal or discount on an item for Christmas I purchase it to save money on Christmas gifts.  Love those sales.   :)

I actually bought a couple of presents back in the summer.  The only presents I have left to get are for my daughter.  I have a couple of things for her, but need to get more.  I spend more on her than I do anyone else.

I started yesterday.  I tried to treat it like it was closer to Christmas so I would get more done.  I have most of it done with one or two more things to pick up.
