uploader does not work for me

My pay does not load into the provided upload browser. I did the print screen correctly. I would like to be credited. can I email my print screen to support?

Are you sure your photo isn't too big?  According to the rules:

"You'll have to upload an image which is 750KB or less. Ideally, images should be not exceed 1000px wide."

It never has worked for me. It seems its a dollar I give away. It doesn't seem like anyone cares at this point. I would rather send it my work done and printed correctly for the dollar then having to use something that just wont work no matter how many times you make it right. it just wont submit. they really want a camera picture, I believe that is where the problem lies.

You might also want to look into what format the picture is that you're trying to submit if you're sure it's the correct size
