Regarding the paid to call, PLEASE consider changing the guidelines regarding having an area code from the geographic area from where you are calling.  I have a valid phone, a valid credit card, and good credit, so sponsors should be very interested when I place a call regarding a product or service. 

If the call is routed according to your area code, they can always connect me to the call center in the area where I live.  Simple solution!!!
