the story recently about a man who wanted to get away from his wife.He went to a bank told the teller he had a gun and give him money.He got 3000.00 and just sat down waiting for the cops to arrive. Some think its funny others don't thinking how desperate he was to get away from his wife  she must be a witch.

Doesn't sound like any kind of "man" I'd be interested in, LOL!  How about have some "cojones" and tell your wife you're done and get a divorce, instead?  Is he THAT afraid of her?  I can only imagine what he's gonna think of the "general population" in prison.  He sure ain't gonna like them!

They played that story on our local news.  She must have really been a witch if he would rather spend the rest of his life in jail!

I did hear of that story and think it's ridiculous! There is this fabulous thing called a divorce, and if you really can't stand to be around her until the divorce is finalized, get a restraining order. It's such a waste of emergency services, and I think he should have to be financially responsible for that.

He was probably married to a narcissist and was afraid to leave without police help, but police had to "help" without it "looking" like they were helping.  Narcissists are hell bent on destroying others lives....if anyone has the misfortune of ever "tangling" with one, they'll learn how hard but necessary it is to get away from them, for their own sakes survival (and sanity's sake). 

If that was what that poor guys problem was, I hope he has finally gotten rid of that nightmare.
