Lost teeth, so eating can be a arduous task. I do try to get excersize as much as I can.

Yes I do work out for at least 30 daily oils up my joints lol. I don't think eating vegs is all that healthy or fruit all times of the day. FYI: you only eat fruit in the morning. I wish you strength and conditioning, be safe.

I try to walk a lot. It's easier in the summer to go for long walks, though.

I keep active throughout my day. Take sporadic walks, do stretches, do some of the exercises I have found on You Tube for seniors.

I eat a lot of fresh veggies from my veggie garden, but I cheat on some things like ice cream. (What would life be like without ice cream.....aaargh. ha ha ha.

I stay nimble and healthy. Blood sugar level good, and so is my cholesterol.

My routine works well for me.

My sons are grown but they love fruits and vegetables and we eat them as often as possible.  I like home cooked vegetables but don't always have the time to cook them or get to the store to get them.  We keep a bowl of apples and bananas on hand try to work in oranges and other misc fruit as we can afford.

No I don't eat healthy or work out, my daughter is not really the veggie type person, she is 20 yrs old, so she eats what she wants.

I try to eat healthy, but I do not drive myself crazy about it. I also like to work out but it is hard to get a workout in when you work full time, go to school and raise children on your own with no help.

I walk and dropped soda for water and replaced starch food with a lot more salad.  It seems to be working since I lost 20lbs so far.

I walk a lot at my job.  I like to go for walks with my husband in the evenings.
In the winter months I will go to the Fitness Center and do the weight room.
I try to eat fresh fruits every day.  Everything else in moderation.
I drink lots of water.

Good for you.  Recently I found out I was borderline diabetic, so I have been watching what I eat and getting more walking in.  I watch several young children so we go lots of places where we have to walk (Zoo, Discovery Cube, park).  They have fun and I get a lot of walking in.  Trying to eat more vegetables and fresh fruit...have lost about 40 pounds, so my doctor is happy.  That weight was sure easier t put on than take off..LOL

I try to get some kind of exercise in at least two or three times a week. I have a stationary bike that I can ride in the morning.  My kids, however, are impossible to get to each vegetables.  When they were younger, they used to love vegetables, but now that they are getting a little older they decided that they don't like them anymore.  I don't understand how that happens.
