No, I have not been banned from doing surveys. This is simply something that happens sometimes. A few months ago, around ten of us were having the same problem. Support asked me to send them the thread so they could see what we all had in common, but apparently, it has not been fixed.
It took clearing things twice, but it is now working.
Sending a message to help (which I did) is absolutely laughable since they literally take months to reply to the simplest request.
I closed out the support request since I have long given up on them. I have been here well over a year now, and there has not been one time that support has helped me with anything.
This is my one complaint about Fusion Cash. I love this site, but they need to hire someone to answer these messages so people are not locked out of their account or unable to take surveys for months until these guys get around to us.
