Check out the thread started by the Administrator on the Offers board.  The Admin gave a heads up it would happen in advance and explains why the change occured.

Since I joined last July it had been $0.75 until the recent change to $0.60.

It could have been decreased to a lot less than $.60.  So be grateful to what you get.  Admin released info on the impending decrease.  You have to keep in touch more often.

Fifteen cents is not going to make any difference to me. I would just like to get credit for MANY and I do mean MANY of the other offers I have completed. BUT I don't reckon that is going to happen.
