I think it has to do with the 3-4 transition too as I have had a few problems with it this past week. I am a loyal FF fan thou, IE just wasn't doing it for me so I hope Mozilla gets their act together quick. As for the cleaning, I'd suggest trying apps like ccleaner and malwarebytes, they are absolutely free and we recommend them to our agents all the time :wave:
