but it says i have to confirm via e-mail sent by you guys

I checked my mail for it but I never recieved one

If you look at your account there should be a link to re-send your confirmation. I think thats how it works. My confirmation email came right to me.

Did you check your spam?  It might be there, if not you should open a support ticket.
